We're waiting to hear more from Ellie Greenwood, female winner of WS100. Down 15 minutes with 10 miles to go, she won the race by 20 minutes. She also had a bear encounter during the last few miles. Ellie's slated to come on the show soon so you can hear it straight from her. Stay tuned.

We had a casual talk with Frank Bozanich this weekend about what ultras were like during his heyday in the late 1970s. Today is stage 10 of the insane LA-NY cross country footrace. The runners "only" covered 46 miles today, with approximately 60 days left to go. And you thought a cute little hundo was a long run?
