Mike Wardian comes in 2nd at Marine Corps Marathon with 2:26, then a week later runs a 2:22 at Santa Barbara, again a close bridesmaid.  He's running JFK50 this weekend, then look out TNF50!

Ugh, what drama. Thankfully ultrarunning hasn't gotten to this point.

'tis the season for winter brews.  What's your favorite?

Maybe this is why Tim Waggoner is so good on the hills. He's up before 4am running peaks like these.

Jean Pommier ran an awesome 5:43 at Last Chance 50 on Saturday with Victor "the closer" Ballesteros hot on his heels ten minutes back.

Hal Koerner turned in a blistering 13:47 at Javelina Jundred. Liza Howard broke the female record with a fast 15:47 at JJ100. Wow! Dirt Diva Catra Corbett finishes in 26:20 in a Lady Luck costume. Would you expect anything less???

URP friend Eric Johnson going to Tough Mudder championships in NJ in a month. Check out his training regimen and fundraising efforts here.  Best of luck!
